At We Gym Every Day, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our refund and returns policy makes it easy to return or exchange your items.

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

physical products purchased directly from our website
items in their original condition and packaging
The following items cannot be returned:
personalized or custom-made items
hygiene or personal care products once opened
3. how to initiate a return
To start a return, please contact our customer support at info.wegymeveryday@gmail.com. Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
4. shipping costs & responsibilities
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for faulty or damaged items.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that untracked returns will be received.
5. refund processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
